3. Purpose of Data Processing
We process data solely for the purpose of:
- Forwarding reports to appropriate social services
- Ensuring proper functioning of the application
- Maintaining anonymous usage statistics
4. Anonymity of Reports
Reports in the Iskra application are anonymous. We do not require registration, login, or provision of personal data. We do not collect names, email addresses, or phone numbers of reporters.
5. Data Sharing
Report data may only be shared with social services and homeless aid organizations for the purpose of helping reported individuals. We do not sell or share data with third parties for marketing purposes.
6. Analytics
We use Umami for collecting anonymous website usage statistics. Umami does not use cookies and does not collect personal data. All analytical data is anonymized.
7. User Rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, delete, and restrict processing of your data. Due to the anonymous nature of reports, identification of a specific user is not possible.
